Apaar abhaar 2022, was celebrated in virsha-vikar Jalandhar on 1st march, 2022

On March 1, we gathered as we do each spring to celebrate our clients and their strides forward . Virsa Vihar was the venue again this year. With much sadness , Lt Col SS Bhullar, the head of the APAAR founding family was mourned as well as celebrated for his humanity and inspiration in his love of life and people by Navneet , his daughter. He had not been able to attend last year’s APAAR abhaar but was a regular visitor in years past. Special guests Ms Pooja Arora and Ms Divya Kharabanda gave out money earned from the sheltered workshop to APAAR clients . Small bonuses were awarded to APAAR staff. The District Social Security Office was represented by Mr Vijay Kumar APAAR’s anthem- hum honge kaamyaab was sung with Davinder Singh, our music teacher who completed three years with APAAR recently. Mr Rajan Banger, special educator was the emcee. Manager Rajesh Kumar, Driver and assistant Amritpal Singh and intern Radhika worked hard to make the event a success this fine spring day.
